Douglas Gruenke has served on the Clinton County IL CEO Board of Directors since the organization's founding, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board. He has also served on the board of directors of several other local civic organizations, and currently coaches high school soccer and high school robotics. Mr. Gruenke is currently an Associate Circuit Judge for the Illinois Fourth Judicial Circuit. He previously served a period as Clinton County State's Attorney, and was a partner in a local law firm for nearly 20 years. His law practice focused on local goverment and small business law. Mr. Gruenke and his wife, Georgia, live in New Baden, and have 5 children.

Connor Pollmann is the Assistant Professor of Business at Kaskaskia College. He graduated from Mater Dei Catholic High School before attending Maryville University for his Bachelors Degree in Financial Services and Masters of Business Administration. Prior to his time at Kaskaskia College, Connor worked for over five years in the banking industry with his latest job being a Bank Examiner for the State of Missouri. Working with Kaskaskia College, Connor has had the opportunity to work with the four CEO programs in the colleges district. He has seen first hand the impact this program has made over the last few years and is extremely excited to be on the Board of Directors for the Clinton County program.

Mike Hilmes, CEO of Kingdom Financial, is a Preferred Dave Ramsey Financial Coach. He has also been known as the overstepping accountant, in a good way! Mike has been in the financial field for over 17 years. He's an Enrolled Agent through the IRS and is sought after for his accounting and tax strategy advice. Mike is also a fiduciary and Financial Advisor. He's been an integral part of a leadership and financial development business for 15+ years. Mike has spoken on business and finances to many groups across the country. He is passionate about creating friendships and helping people gain financial freedom!

Crystalyn is the owner of A’s, Bees, & C’s Orchard and a dedicated yoga instructor with a profound appreciation for the healing power of yoga. After a life-changing accident in 2011, she discovered yoga as a means to manage chronic pain and regain balance in her life. This journey fuels her mission to make yoga accessible to all, emphasizing its benefits for physical and mental well-being. Active in her community, Crystalyn serves on several local boards, and is a sought-after speaker and educator.

Greg Riechman, a Vice President / Lead Project Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., has two and a half decades of invaluable experience in various sectors of corporate America. With a diverse background encompassing financial services, pharmacy benefit management, insurance and education, Greg has managed and successfully delivered many complex programs and projects throughout multiple Lines of Business across these diverse industries at multiple Fortune 500 companies. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration degree from Illinois State University. In his free time, Greg is on the Clinton County Board, Commander of the Aviston Sons of the American Legion, the Lead Liaison to the Board for Capital Improvements Funding at Whispering Pines of Clinton County, serves on the Jim Beasley Veterans Tribute Committee at Kaskaskia College, and is heavily involved with other local veteran-related initiatives including Honor Flights and Wreaths Across America. Greg currently resides in Carlyle, Illinois.

Brittany is a Graphic Designer and Manager at AVH Ink & Vinyl. She graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and a minor in Business Administration. While at SIUE Brittany founded the SIUE Rotoract Club using the leadership and team building skills she developed throughout her involvement in the Carlyle Rotary Club and RYLA camps while in high school. The Rotoract Club organized a variety of activities and projects in the community such as Adopt a Highway, blood drives, and collecting books to support literacy. Brittany lives in Aviston with her husband Tyler and 3 children.

I am currently the superintendent of Wesclin Unit School District #3. I have been a superitendent for almost 20 years. It is my pleasure to be part of the CEO Board and providing this opportunity to the students of Clinton County. The experiences these students are given being part of CEO are ones that they do not get to experience in the typical classroom at a high school. The high schools in Clinton County are lucky to have this opportunity.
